You can have the perfect picnic without ever lifting a finger! We do it all – from setup to break down, including a picnic lunch which is provided with your package. We have seven picnic themes to choose from, and can create custom themes for you as well.
Our picnic and event packages are tailored to suit your exact needs! Our goal is to take the stress out of the planning, allowing you to focus on enjoying the moment and making those lasting memories.
Your picnic is reserved for two hours. There is an additional charge of $45.00 per hour if you would like to extend your picnic, this must be coordinated before the actual picnic date. Please contact your picnic concierge if you would like to leave before your 2 hours are up.
We know that life sometimes gets in the way, so we will hold your booking for 15 minutes from the start time. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to hold this any longer, and your booking will be packed down. Why? Because chances are we're leaving your setup to do another, and "if your late", we run late for the next picnic setup.
We do not offer refunds- however you can reschedule your reservation up to 72 hours in advance, you have up to 3 months to re-schedule your picnic date.
We do not offer refunds, but we can reschedule your reservation if notified within 72 hours of the original event date. Should you need assistance during your picnic, you can call or text your Picnic Concierge (whose number will be provided to you), and they can be onsite within minutes. Please note that weather, crowds, and parking are out of our control.
We book date nights, birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, bridal showers, girl's night, guy's night, "just because," brunches, baby showers, gender reveals, etc. But we are not limited to these events as we are open to setting up any event. To inquire about our capability to accommodate your event request, fill out the contact form, and we will be in touch with you to discuss your vision.
How many guests can we accommodate please refer to package information, if you have a unique request, you can contact us via our contact page with your all the details on your celebration for pricing based on number of guests, and theme of your choice.

You are welcome to provide your own food as well depending on the package of your choice. All the decorative plates, wine glasses, utensils and napkins are provided for you.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions and licensing, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. The Client's responsibility is to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space used for the event. It is always important to follow the rules of the location and to be responsible and respectful. You are welcome to bring at your own risk.
We have set up many beautiful picnics indoors and are happy to transition inside! Or, we will happily reschedule for another date.
