  • Locations are public-we cannot guarantee the privacy or exact placement. All locations are first-come, first served.
  • We've chosen sites with various appeals: views, relative privacy, proximity to other sites.
  • When booking, please note we will gladly set up in the privacy of your backyard, living room, or hotel. There may be a location you would like that is not listed we are happy to see if we can accommodate your request. Due to safety concerns, we may not always be able to honor your request.

PICNIC THEMES

Pick A Style

You can have the perfect picnic without ever lifting a finger! We do it all – from setup to break down, including a picnic lunch which is provided with your package. We have seven picnic themes to choose from, and can create custom themes for you as well.

Our picnic and event packages are tailored to suit your exact needs! Our goal is to take the stress out of the planning, allowing you to focus on enjoying the moment and making those lasting memories.

Questions

Your picnic is reserved for two hours. There is an additional charge of $45.00 per hour if you would like to extend your picnic, this must be coordinated before the actual picnic date. Please contact your picnic concierge if you would like to leave before your 2 hours are up.


We know that life sometimes gets in the way, so we will hold your booking for 15 minutes from the start time. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to hold this any longer, and your booking will be packed down. Why? Because chances are we're leaving your setup to do another, and "if your late", we run late for the next picnic setup.


We do not offer refunds- however you can reschedule your reservation up to 72 hours in advance, you have up to 3 months to re-schedule your picnic date.

We do not offer refunds, but we can reschedule your reservation if notified within 72 hours of the original event date. Should you need assistance during your picnic, you can call or text your Picnic Concierge (whose number will be provided to you), and they can be onsite within minutes. Please note that weather, crowds, and parking are out of our control.

We book date nights, birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, bridal showers, girl's night, guy's night, "just because," brunches, baby showers, gender reveals, etc. But we are not limited to these events as we are open to setting up any event. To inquire about our capability to accommodate your event request, fill out the contact form, and we will be in touch with you to discuss your vision.

How many guests can we ​accommodate please refer to package information, if you have a unique request, you can contact us via our contact page with your all the details on your celebration for pricing based on number of guests, and theme of your choice.

Your choice of:

  • 1 sandwich per guest (choice of chicken salad, ham or turkey and cheese,) 1 individual side per guest (choice of pasta salad or chips), 1 drink per guest (sparkling/still water, or soda), and to share a sweet treat choice​ - cupcakes or fresh fruit tartlet.

Or

  • Charcuterie Board (accommodates size of party), plus 1 drink per guest (sparkling/still water, or soda), and to share a sweet treat choice​ - cupcakes or fresh fruit tartlet.

You are welcome to provide your own food as well depending on the package of your choice. All the decorative plates, wine glasses, utensils and napkins are provided for you.

Unfortunately, due to restrictions and licensing, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. The Client's responsibility is to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space used for the event. It is always important to follow the rules of the location and to be responsible and respectful. You are welcome to bring at your own risk.

We have set up many beautiful picnics indoors and are happy to transition inside! Or, we will happily reschedule for another date.

Picnic Setup:

Step 1: Heart to Heart Chat
Let’s chat so we can find out all the things about you and your partner. What they like, what they dislike as well as all the special things you’ve shared along the way in your journey of love. Next, we brainstorm to develop the most original and custom proposal plan and romantic way to propose for you. Once you choose us as your Posh proposal planning specialists, we begin to develop a unique proposal idea just for you.

Step 2: Imagine and Create
Instagram and Pinterest are filled with proposal ideas, but none of them were created for your partner. We are here to help you be the star of the show who gives your partner a proposal they’ll adore and remember forever.
We look at the unique and different aspects of your love story so we can pull elements from it. When your partner walks in and sees the proposal, they know, this was made especially just for them.

Step 3: The Big Day
The big day has arrived! Get ready for this amazing life changing energy and excitement because you’re about to blow your partner away! There is absolutely nothing to worry about, as we will be working behind the scenes to ensure everything is running smoothly for you. All you have to do is show up and pop that special question!

*A few days before we’ll plan to touch base with you to run through all the final details and last-minute things. The day of our team of coordinators are working tirelessly setting up to bring your vision into reality. We give you updates throughout the day to let you know how we’re progressing. Then all you have to do is pop the question and your magical journey together begins!

Picnic Setup:

Tea parties, birthday parties, mommy and me or daddy and me parties. We design your child's party around their imagination. We handle everything zero stress for you!

Posh Petites Package (under age 13) Starting at $1150.00

Ask about our entertainment package! We provide custom arts and crafts activities for 8-12 petites per package!

The Crafters Package can be customized for each petite affair! Starting at $179.00

Wedding Planning & Coordination

Package One:

Overall, with this package I come in One-Two Months before because you are a DIY Bride who just needs a little guidance while YOU plan your day!

Package Two:

Overall, this package is more IN-PERSON time!! We are going to work together to plan your special day!

  • FREE consultation to explain the coordination process
  • Unlimited phone & email communication
  • Contact all vendors to verify details of their services
  • Venue walk-through to establish plan for wedding day
  • Organize wedding rehearsal
  • Develop wedding day itinerary timeline
  • Oversee vendor setup at ceremony & reception site
  • Décor setup per your instructions
  • Distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
  • Provide Bridal Emergency Kit
  • Oversee ushers & guest seating
  • Properly line up processional & cue musicians
  • Facilitate the wedding ceremony
  • Coordinate with DJ/Band all announcements/events during reception
  • Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances
  • Be prepared to meet any emergency situation
  • Assist with breakdown of venue at the end of the reception
  • Average coverage of 12-14 hours of service on wedding day (*not limited to)
